Detwiler moves to Nationals rotation; Wang demoted to bullpen

Ross Detwiler (LHP, WAS) appeared to be on the verge of a breakout season in April, when he posted a 1.64 ERA and a 118 BPV in four starts.  Then came May when Detwiler struggled with his command and with a fly ball rate that jumped from 25% to 40%.  The result was a 5.34 ERA for the month, and Detwiler was sent to the bullpen when Chien Ming Wang (RHP, WAS)  was activated from the DL on May 25.

But Wang has struggled in the rotation, with a 6.10 ERA and 14 walks to only 11 strikeouts in 21 IP.  Wang had a particularly bad start against Tampa on Tuesday, as he allowed five earned runs in only 3.3 innings, and the Nationals announced that Wang will be...
