BHQ SPIN: O'Neill, who was getting regular reps earlier this month but had been relegated to a weak-side platoon role of late, will be sidelined due to a rotator cuff strain. To replace O'Neill on the active roster, Baltimore promoted Luis Vázquez, who gives the team additional coverage in the middle infield. Vázquez’s lack of outfield experience means that Dylan Beavers could draw some starts against lefties in the near future, as was the case on Tuesday.
