MARKET PULSE: 2020 All-Value and All-Avoid teams, restart

Oh, such a lovely plan we laid out in the pre-viral All-Value Team; it was one of our best teams yet. But fate had different ideas, so a reset is needed. We'll take a look at both the All-Value Team and the All-Avoid Team given the new landscape.

There are some slight differences in how we compiled these teams versus the originals back n March. The biggest is injuries; in the original All-Value team, we avoided players with "D" or "F" health.
