Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: The Monday following the All-Star break is a rarity with all 30 teams in action. First pitch comes at 6:40pm ET with the Guardians hosting the Twins. There is a slight chance rain could become a factor in the SD@ATL and WAS@COL games.

Notable Starts:

Joe Ryan comes into this start in good form with each of his last two resulting in a PQS-DOM. He also tossed one back in May against the Guardians and will look to repeat that performance here today. In nine road starts this season he is 3-2 with a 2.47 ERA, 1.00 WHIP, and 55 K in 51 IP. He has thrived in six career starts at Progressive Field in Cleveland, going 2-2 with a 1.72 ERA and 0.82 WHIP across 37 IP.
