DAILY MATCHUPS: Cole home start tabbed among Tuesday's top plays

Today's Overview/Schedule/Weather: MLB comes out of the holiday weekend with a full-slate Tuesday. All 30 teams will be in action, and all 15 games will be held under the lights. The pool of projected starting pitchers is fairly deep. Those hurlers will be looking to avoid long balls on a warmed-up weather day ripe for hard contact. Games in Chicago (SF-CHC) and Kansas City (CHW-KC) are ticketed for high temps and significant breezes working against the pitching staffs of the Giants, Cubs, White Sox, and Royals.
